For the first time Elmeri stepped out the studio and journeyed north for a more homely scenery. Jukka Mannio and Antti Salminen of DDB approached Piñata to create this illustration of mixed techniques.

This time the atmosphere and mood of the image was important to capture the calm and peaceful pace of the season. "I wanted to use a lot of pastel colors and keep the palette very harmonious and simple. It's quite easy to overdo the lighting in these kind of images: you want it to be beautiful but at the same time you should keep the image calm and easy-going. He's just chilling there and having a good time with his pal!", Tuomas sums up the process.
